Jimmy McAlister--Director of Coaching
In this role, McAlister will oversee the development of policies, philosophies, training methods and values of the club. He will be responsible for setting the direction of the soccer program, including the management and development of the club’s coaching personnel.
Jason Farrell -- Technical Director
It will be Farrell's job to implement the policies, philosophies, training methods and values of the club. He will be responsible for leading the daily technical operations of Seattle United to realize the goals and direction of the club’s program.
Peter Lechak - Goalkeeping Director
It will be Lechak's job to design and implement and integrated goalkeeping instruction program for the cub. He will be responsible for managing the daily delivery of the technical training by his goalkeeper trainer staff to realize the goals and direction of the club’s goalkeeping program.

West Regional Director
Kyle serves as a Staff Coach for Seattle United, where he is the West Region Director, and the Director of the club's U10 development programs.
Bill Wilkins -- Regional Director
Shoreline Regional Director
Bill is the North Regional Director and will work as part of the leadership team to set the culture and direction of the club.
George Singh -- Regional Director
South Regional Director
George is the South Regional Director and will work as part of the leadership team to set the direction of the club.

David is the Northeast Regional Director and will work as part of the leadership team to set the direction of the club.
