Payment is due at the time of registration. We strongly encourage full payment, but a payment plan is available. All players must be registered within 10 calendar days of accepting an offer to join an SU team.
Inter Club Transfers & Late Adds- players transferring or joining after team formation will be required to pay pro-rated club fees. A flat fee will be charged for players joining for state cup participation only. Fees will be pro-rated for all other player movement within the Club.

Teams can utilize guest players for tournaments or league games without the player incurring Club fees. If a player participates in more than 2 weeks of practice and/or 2 tournaments /league games they then must be offered a spot on the team and registered with the Club and pay the corresponding fees. All players are required to be registered with USYS.
Players will not be released from Seattle United unless all Club fees are current and team fees are up to date at the time of the request. Players with a season ending injury may be eligible for a refund or credit with the amount to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Players moving more than 50 miles during the season are eligible for a refund with the amount to be determined. Requests for releases and withdrawals must be presented in writing to executivedirector@seattleunited.com
All players are required to purchase uniforms and training apparel every two years. All NEW players to Seattle United are required to purchase a Seattle United Adidas kit. ALL RETURNING players are required to purchase training t-shirt(s), shorts & socks. All items are purchased on-line and shipped directly to the family from Seattle United's retail partner, Schmetzer's Sporthaus. Required purchase packages and prices vary on program and sizing. Further details and complete information concerning the ordering process will be provided by your Team Manager, Uniform Coordinator and will also be available on the Seattle United website.
A schedule of progressive payments is available. If you opt for the payment plan, a 20% commitment fee will be due at the time of registration. This fee is non-refundable. The balance due will be split into seven (7) equal monthly payments, and automatically charged to the debit or credit card on file on the same date on which you register (i.e. – if you register on May 12, all subsequent payments will be charged on the 12th of each month). There is a $5.00 monthly service fee added to each payment. Upon commitment to a team, you become financially responsible for the total Club fee. Delinquent or failed payments can be cause to revoke the player’s eligibility. Should this occur, a $50.00 service fee to reinstate the player may be added to the balance due.
Financial Aid and uniforms are available to qualified candidates. Financial Aid does not support the Commitment Fee. Candidates who wish to be considered for aid must be registered and have paid the Commitment Fee. The application for Financial Aid and the criteria for qualification will be posted on the Seattle United website.
