John Heimbigner -- Regional Director

John Heimbigner

John Heimbigner is a product of the local youth soccer community at the youth and collegiate levels.  He joins an impressive founding club coaching slate and his addition reflects the club’s commitment to proven, top-level coaching, progressive player development, and a club infrastructure worthy of its position as the unified select soccer club for the SYSA.

Born and raised in Seattle, Heimbigner starred at O’Dea High School, leading his team to a state title.  He then starred at Seattle Pacific University (SPU), where he was a starter on the 1993 NCAA Division II championship team. 

His youth coaching resume started at Emerald City Football Club, then he coached for Northwest Nationals Premier Soccer Club.    John Heimbigner is the girls’ varsity coach at Lakeside High School. 

He is a USSF National “B” licensed coach.
