Craig Walker -- Founding Club Coach

Craig Walker

Craig is an experienced player and highly experience premier soccer coach. He was an All-Wesco selection while at Shorecrest High School.

Craig then went on to play at George Fox College and Seattle Pacific University (SPU).  He earned All-America honors for the Bruins and played on their 1988 National Championship team.  He then played for SPU, helping them make it to the finals of the NCAA Division II championship.  After his collegiate career, Walker was a member of the team that won the 1993 US Amateur Cup National Championship. Craig played for the Everett Bigfoot, a professional soccer team in the USISL. In 2001, Craig was a member on the US Over-30 National Championship squad.

Walker has 15+ years youth soccer coaching experience with over 11 years at the youth premier levels.  Craig coached 10 years with Emerald City Football Club, and one year with his current club, Northwest Nationals. He has also coached at O'Dea and Shorecrest High Schools and with Shoreline Community College.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Teaching, both from Seattle Pacific University.
