Accepted Player Registration Information

Congratulations and thank you for choosing to play for Seattle United!

We are excited about the coming year and excited to have you be part of this exciting club.

The information on this page is intended to answer some basic questions regarding Accepted Player Registration. Please read this section thoroughly before you proceed with the actual registration link at the bottom of this page.

Volunteering to Help Your Team and Seattle United

Seattle United is a volunteer-driven organization and we rely on contributions of time and effort from parents and families to make it successful. As part of registering for the club, you also accept a commitment to lend your time and talents to both your team and to the club as a whole.

An online system for signing up to volunteer and for tracking the hours is being developed.

2012 Program Fees

Credit or Debit Card Only

All payments (including the payment plan) should be made online with a credit or debit card. If you need to arrange payment by check or cash, you must contact Kevin Long, Club executive director (executivedirector@seattleunited.com).

Payment Plans

A payment plan is available, but we encourage you to pay in full now. Here's why:

  • Full payment is the simplest method for both you and the club
  • It is convenient, easy, and saves you and us work.
  • We offer a FREE Seattle United scarf to all members who pay in full by June 1. Scarves are distributed to the team managers at the managers’ meeting in mid-June.

To make installment payments by credit card:  Select the payment plan in the payment section of the registration.

If you choose to use the payment plan, you can pay your registration fee in eight monthly installments. Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Please note that if you opt for a payment plan, the day your register your player, will be the day that all subsequent monthly payments will be automatically charged to your account. For example, if you register and make your first payment on the 16th of any given month, all seven subsequent payments will automatically be debited on the 16th.
  • The ‘first’ payment at the time of registration is the commitment fee. This is 20% of the total club fee. This is non-refundable and is required to reserve your spot on the team.
  • Seven equal monthly payments will follow on the registration ‘date’ of each month.
  • The payment plan will include a $5.00 service fee added to each monthly payment.
