Hans Hoffmann as been involved with soccer for over 35 years. He started playing in 1974 with Sunset Soccer Club in Bellevue. He played on the Newport Invaders Select Club from 1982-184, winning a state Championship in 1983. In 1983, he traveled to Costa Rica with Newport playing against Costa Rica's power Saprissa's U-16 Team. He played on local mens teams following college in the GSSL and WSSL.

Hans has coached for over 20 years. He coached his first team when we was 13, the Sunset Sounders. He has coached 2 teams within Shorelake Soccer Club for the last several years.

He has three sons who play soccer, two currently playing in the Seattle United Program.

Hans has attended games at Anfield in Liverpool, Upton Park in London, Idraets Parken in Copenhagen, the Bernabau in Madrid, the Olympiuc Stadium in Rome, Palermo, etc.

Hans has organized the Celebrate Shoreline Soccer Classic in Shoreline for the past 3 years.H e serves on the Shorelake Soccer board and is a SYSA commissioner.
