Andrew joins Seattle United as a very experienced soccer player and a developing coach.
He is a former Division 1 athlete, having played for the Seattle University Men's Soccer team for four years. During his collegiate career, Andrew was awarded second team All-Conference his junior year and was named the offensive MVP after leading his team in goals and assists during his senior year. After college he player Semi-Pro for the Seattle Wolves for 2 years.
He attended Billings Senior HS where he was a 4-year scholar-athlete and a team captain. Andrew was the Montana Gatorade Men’s Soccer Player of the Year and nominated for All-American recognition (2005), was an Academic All-State player for all four years and graduated with a top cumulative GPA. During his high school career, Andrew also set the state record for goals in a season. During his youth club career, Andrew was a member of the Magic City Premier Soccer club for three years where he was the top goal scorer for his team each year and the team captain. The team won the Montana state championship.
He has coached at many different clubs starting with an assistant coach position with the U18 Montana Premier Soccer team. He then served as an assistant and head coach with HPFC premier club U16 boys team. After his senior season in college, Andrew was the student assistant coach with the Seattle University Men's team and the last two years he has been a volunteer and graduate assistant coach with the team. On top of club coaching, Andrew is also the camp director of the Peter Fewing Soccer Camps where he has worked summers for the last 7 years.
Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Seattle University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Teaching at SU. He holds a USSF "E" coaching license and is a USSF National "D" candidate (2010).
