Andrew started playing the sport of soccer when he was five as a resident of Puyallup. He continued to play competitively through high school.
Andrew began coaching youth soccer in 2000. He coached the Ballard Chili Peppers to the Washington Youth Soccer President's Cup Championship in 2006.
As President of Ballard Youth Soccer club, Andrew operates the 2nd largest youth soccer clubs in Seattle. He is an advocate for anything youth sports related. In 2009, he started three position specific camps in Ballard; Strikers, Defensive, and Goal Keeping.
Andrew is a research scientist with the University of Washington. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Washington.
Andrew earned his State “E” license in 2004, his state "D" license, 2011, and his NSCAA Level VI Diploma coaching license in 2010.
