Eurosport Player/Parent Communication
Seattle United Players and Parents,
Eurosport is happy to offer you an online ordering platform for your membership. Below is all of the information needed to place a successful order through the soccer.com Seattle United platform.
Eurosport Uniforms
All uniform items with customization are provided to Seattle United families at exclusive prices that are only available to our members.
Numbering
All player uniform numbering provided to Eurosport by Seattle United are now fixed, and we will not be able to change the numbers for orders.
Email link
Eurosport will send an email to the email address provided for each player with a uniform link to enter the online platform on soccer.com. The email may identify the required items, but you should refer to the FAQ from Seattle United that will detail the required kit for Premier and Select players. Website access to the Seattle United items is not available to the general public; the link found in your email from Eurosport contains a cookie to access the Seattle United site. You must enter the system through this link in order to gain access to the Seattle Unitedsite.
It is very important that you add custserv@sportsendeavors.com to your safe list on email as this will be the address that the Seattle United uniform link comes from.
Website
The Eurosport website is www.soccer.com and once you have clicked on your email from Eurosport, you will see a Seattle United link in the top right hand corner of soccer.com. This will live on the site as long as you do not clear your cookies from your internet browser.
Ordering
You will be able to shop and buy all items from your shopping list within soccer.com. Click on your player’s name within his or her team and purchase the specific jersey and practice shirts. All players will have pre-selected customization (player numbers) that cannot be changed. Continue shopping by clicking on the Seattle United store making sure you buy all other items identified in the Seattle United FAQ for premier players or select players (e.g. game shorts/socks, practice shorts/socks, warm up jacket and pants, back pack, and ball).In addition, any family member may add on to a player’s order at club pricing. Multi player orders will be allowed and can be easily performed using the search engine within the club page.
The ordering process takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Delivery
Your order will include non-customized items (such as socks) as well as items that need customization. Items without customization will ship from Eurosport’s warehouse within 24 hours. All items with customization will require several days to receive customization. An email with an expected ship date will be sent to you upon placing your order. Because of this, your order may be shipped in two shipments. This will not increase the total shipping charges.

Sock Sizing
Eurosport is providing two sock sizes to Seattle United players:
(1) Medium (“Youth” size on your fitting night form) which equates to a women’s shoe size of 5 to 9.5 and a men’s shoe size of 5 to 8.5.
(2) Large (the “Adult” size on your fitting night form) which equates to a women’s shoe size of 10 or larger and a men’s shoe size of 9 or larger.

Completion Dates –Boys’ Sizes and Girls’ Sizes
All players are expected to order their uniforms when the email link has been sent. Boys should purchase all required uniform kit items at this time. Girls should place an order for all items except those required in a women’s adult size (e.g. game jerseys and warm ups). Girls will be notified when to place a second order when the adult women’s sizes are available.
Liability
Seattle United accepts no liability for mistakes made during uniform ordering. Players are expected to order their own uniform as listed on soccer.com. Eurosport and Seattle Unitedare committed to answer questions on the uniform process in a timely manner.
