Volunteer Opportunities


Seattle United is a volunteer-driven organization and we rely on contributions of time and effort from parents and families to make it successful. As part of registering for the club, you also accept a commitment to lend your time and talents to both your team and to the club as a whole. 

We anticipate a 15-25 hour volunteer commitment for each family, spread out over the course of the year, which will be a combination of team and club duties and events.   
 
The list of opportunities will change throughout the year as activities requiring volunteers come up.
 

Volunteering for Tryouts

Tryouts are the busiest events in the club's calendar, and we welcome your volunteer assistance to make these events run as smoothly as possible. Day-of responsibilities include helping set-up tents and tables, greeting and directing players and parents, getting players signed in, taking players photographs, floating between stations, acting as field marshals, and other general assistance.
