Eurosport is committed to providing excellent customer service to our Seattle United members. If you have any defects or product failures in items purchased from Eurosport, please follow the return procedures below. This includes any adhesion, separation, or other problems with the Seattle United shield patch on jerseys and shorts.

1. Send an email to our Eurosport representative, Dave Mallick, at DMallick@sportsendeavors.com. Include in your email to Dave your name; your mailing address, email address, and daytime phone number. Also complete and attach to your email the Seattle United Returned Merchandize Form (pdf link right).
2. Dave will respond by email with any additional instructions.
3. You will also receive directly from UPS an email with a prepaid return label. Use the label for free return shipping of the defective item to Eurosport.
