Program Outline
The second annual Seattle United SOCCERFEST takes place July 6-10, 2011. This event combines a handful of events aimed at creating development opportunities for our U11-U13 Regional Select players, fostering intra-region and inter-region club unity and above all else, giving these players the opportunity to have a tremendous amount of fun.
SOCCERFEST, in only its second year, is already a much-anticipated and very relevant event on the Seattle soccer calendar. While our plans are grandiose regarding the future direction of SOCCERFEST, we continue with the decision of more modest expectations and add a little bit to it every year.
This year’s program will see the following events:
There are other exciting events in the planning stages. These will be announced as they become official.
For the games component, each team plays 2-3 games over the course of the weekend against like competition from other Regional Select teams. There may be opportunities for your team, if interested, to play another game or two. This will depend on participation.
