Winning Founders Cup with my Shoreline G13 team. That team started the year by playing 2 summer tournaments and winning 0 games between them, to contending for the league title and then eventually winning Founders Cup. The progress the team made over the course of the year was so cool to see.

Expectation: Come to practices with the intent to get better (both individually and as a team)

Advice: Watch professional soccer, both live or compilation videos online. Then try to replicate in your yard/local park/living room/etc. skills you see your favorite pro players do.
