Best Coaching Memory:
Overall, just having the opportunity to be a part of a community, where I'm recognized by current and former players, parents and coaches on and off the field. Having the opportunity to work with multiple age groups and in different regions has been an incredible experience. I'm constantly running into people I've worked with all over town and at every tournament. Having former players and parents maintain memories of me as their coach is the best.

Player Expectations or Advice:
Players need to have confidence and a commitment to development without regard to their team assignment. There's nothing that says a Tango team can't be better than a Copa team, or that a regional team can't compete with premier teams. It all comes down to their training mindset and personal motivation. We as coaches can have huge impacts on these factors.

Favorite Motivational Quote:
It doesn't matter where you start, it's where you finish.
