Best Coaching Memory:
Finishing our last spring season game with the entire bench storming the field, on an Olimpico goal, on the last kick of the game, leapfrogging us from 5th place to 2nd place, putting us above a team in the standings we started the season losing 8-0 to. Although, it may not have been the wold cup final, it felt like it in that moment.

Player Expectations or Advice:
I am firm believer in the Wooden Essential school of thought. My ethos as a coach comes with an expectation that players will do the best they can with the skills they they have in that moment, and most importantly, be well rounded individuals in demonstrating strong moral values through the process both as a team as well as personally, competing to the best of their capabilities.

Favorite Motivational Quote:
True success is derived from maximizing one’s potential and deriving satisfaction from the effort, regardless of the scoreboard’s outcome.

Favorite Soccer Team & Player:
PSG. Tie between Ronaldinho & Zlatan

Fun Fact About You:
I own a pair of never before worn Ronaldinho cleats…I track their market value annually. I guess that makes me a sneaker head.
