Team Successes as a Coach:

·       Finalists at the 2025 Valor Cornucopia Cup (Girls 2012 Honor, Division 3) with the SH G12 team

·       Led the SH G12 team from the bottom of Division 3 in the NPSL league to a 4th-place finish last season

Best Coaching Memory:

One of my favorite moments as a coach was when I played music during practice. As soon as it came on, the players let loose, dancing and laughing while still working through the drill. It was a fun team bonding moment.

Player Expectations or Advice:

·       If there’s no risk for mistakes, there’s no room for improvement. Focus on improving, not proving.

·       Hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard.
