Seattle United’s ‘Elevate Her Game’ Soccer Camp is here, exclusively for Seattle United players.

Elevate Her Game is Seattle United’s first all-women's soccer camp and is open to all Seattle United girls players. It will be led by coaches Lu Barnes and Amy James-Turner alongside current professional women’s players: Jess Fishlock, Angharad James-Turner & Shae Holmes

Players will receive elite-level training and mentorship from women athletes who have competed at the highest level of the professional game, both in the US and abroad.

This two-day camp will be held on June 15 & 16 at UW’s IMA Field #3. Players aged U9-U12 will train from 5:00–6:45 PM, and U13-U16 from 7:00–8:45 PM.

A special Q&A session and autograph signing with the coaches and players will also be included as part of the camp experience.

Coach & Player Bios

Jess Fishlock: Wales' most-capped player and all-time leading scorer. She has been a cornerstone of Seattle Reign since 2013, earning the league MVP award and multiple Best XI. She has also competed at the highest levels globally, including winning the UEFA Women's Champions League

Angharad James-Turner: Welsh international midfielder who has captained Wales and earned over 100 international caps. At club level, she has completed in top leagues across Europe and the U.S.

Shae Holmes: A standout on the University of Washington Huskies women's soccer team. Holmes was selected 19th overall by Seattle Reign FC in 2023. She has made 40 appearances with the club, scoring her first professional goal in 2025.

Amy James-Turner: English professional footballer who plays as a defender for Tottenham Hotspur Women in the WSL. She joined Tottenham ahead of the 2022-23 season after spells with clubs including Manchester United, Liverpool, Orlando Pride and quickly became a regular in the team's backline. She has also represented England at the international level, earning senior caps.

Lu Barnes: Former Seattle Reign FC player (2013–2025)—most capped player in club history and the player with the most career games/minutes played in NWSL history. NWSL Defender of the Year (2016) and NWSL Shield winner (2014, 2015, and 2022).
