Rich Reece grew up in Newcastle, England & moved to the USA in 2001 after playing for clubs throughout the UK. Rich moved to Seattle in 2005 to begin working with the University of Washington Men’s team.
Rich holds both the USSF & UEFA A licenses along with the A GK license & Youth licenses. In addition to that Rich hold the NSCAA Premier & Director of Coaching Diplomas. Rich has worked with many teams from the RCL to the ECNL & has seen these teams have successes from winning trophies to having a strong amount of players progress to college soccer. Rich has worked on both the men’s & women’s youth national teams alongside being a director for the boys Region IV program. Rich partners his youth soccer coaching with being an assistant coach at theUniversity of Washington men’s team. The team most recently played in the 2021 D1 national final.
Rich is married to Brooke & they have two amazing daughters in Jazzy & Charlie. The family enjoy time together with the 3 dogs and cat and traveling to the coast line & exploring.
